Cancellation & Refund Policy


The merchant business return and cancellation policy must be made available to customers on the website, and they have to agree to its terms during the order process. Customers must click on an "Accept" or "Agree" button for return and cancellation before submitting their payment information. Once the order has been submitted, the policy can be sent to customers with the order confirmation email.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders once confirmed cannot be canceled under any circumstances.
  • No cancellations are entertained for products that PROCOM INDIA PVT LTD. has obtained on special occasions like Pongal, Diwali, and Dussera. These are limited-occasion offers and therefore cannot be canceled.
  • In case of receipt of damaged or defective consumer durable and non-durable items, please report the same to our Customer Service team within 21 days of receipt. The request will be entertained once the merchant verifies the issue.
  • If the product received is not as shown on the website or does not meet expectations, customers must notify our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team will review the complaint and take an appropriate decision.
  • For products covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, please refer to the manufacturer for resolution.

Refund Policy

No refund will be provided once the product has been delivered. We do not entertain refund requests for any reason after the delivery of the product.

Refunds are not applicable for services delivered in full, such as installation services and knowledge base hosting services. Any dispute related to the quality of the delivered product will be reviewed by our team, but a refund will not be processed under any circumstances.
